NovaTCG is an online card shop specializing in selling Japanese and English Weiss Schwarz cards. It was founded in 2018 by two Weiss Schwarz players from Southern California with the goal of creating a one stop shop where players around the world can easily access information, purchase Weiss singles at fair prices, and learn about the game all in one convenient location. I forgot a card, can I add it to my order?
Yes, if you place another order and we haven’t shipped out your previous package yet we will consolidate your orders. Additional shipping fees for multiple orders are not refunded and considered a part of the handling fee.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the fluctuations in singles prices we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped out. Refunds are accepted on in stock items, but there will be a 15% restocking fee and the payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds for pre-orders are not accepted.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship international, but please note we have a no refund policy for international packages if they are lost. This is due to the inconsistency for tracking of packages once it leaves our postal carrier’s hands which was further exacerbated by the pandemic.
How often do you ship out?
We ship out Monday through Fridays. Orders are typically shipped out the day after they are received, but please allow for up to 3 business days.
How long does transit take?
The time is dependent on the shipping option used. Our most popular and affordable shipping option is USPS First Class. For domestic orders, this option usually takes about 3-4 business days, but can be longer or shorter depending on your proximity to our shipping location and how busy the postal service is. If you are in a rush, you may opt for Priority Mail, which will typically take 1-3 business days.
International shipping will typically take 1-2 weeks, although these times can be affected by the postage services of the receiving country.

How are Pre-Order items shipped out?
Any orders that contain Pre-Orders will ship when ALL items become available. For example if you cart singles and a pre order or multiple pre orders you will receive the entire order once all items are available. If you would like items as soon as they are available we recommend making separate orders.
Does my order come with tracking?
All our shipping options offer package tracking, so you can check the shipping progress of your parcel. We typically send out a shipping confirmation with tracking information to your email address within a few days of your order. If you still have not received tracking information after 3 business days of the order being shipped out, feel free to contact us for help.
How does Covid-19 impact my order?
The pandemic has caused many delays with postal carriers across the country and throughout the world. We have seen an increase in packages being lost or delayed. This is a risk buyers should be aware of when placing an order and if this is unacceptable then we ask buyers refrain from placing orders. Please be patient as we all attempt to navigate through these times.
